Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Loader Operator/Yard Hand to join our team at our newly opened Concrete Plant in Somerville, Victoria.

This is a hands-on role involving front-end loader operations, yard duties and assisting with the production of premix concrete.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a Front-End Loader and Forklift
• Loading raw materials to specified recipes
• Yard maintenance and general plant duties
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assisting with concrete plant operations (training provided)
• Occasional delivery of premix concrete as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Front-End Loader experience (essential)
• Forklift experience (essential)
• HR Licence (essential)
• Concrete plant or agitator experience highly regarded (or willingness to learn)
• Strong safety focus and team attitude
